Tastey Chicken Alfredo



1 16oz. package fettuccine pasta
4 chicken breasts
2 cups of heavy cream (can use milk, skim milk)
1 8oz  package of cream cheese
1 cup  mozzarella  cheese
1/2 Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter (can use margarine)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook  pasta as directed drain and keep cup of pasta water
Cook or grill chicken until done (160 degrees)
slice  up chicken
Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat
Add garlic cook for about a minute DO NOT LET GARLIC BURN
Stir in flour  cook until thick paste forms
Add cream cheese and heavy cream little at a  time
Add a cup of water to sauce and stir well
Add parmesan and mozzarella  cheese and basil, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste
Add chicken to sauce mix well if thin add water from pasts to thicken little at a time
Plate up pasta, ladle sauce over top

Serve with french bread with garlic butter and cheese melted over top.

  2. I roast garlic cloves and put them in olive oil. Then mix with teaspoon of butter for my bread.
