Rosemary Pork Chops and Potatoes


 Preheat 400 oven.
 1/2 C. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Rosemary (dry or fresh)
3 Tbsp. Oregano 
3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash (original)
2 Pork Chops
2 Potatoes

Put oil  and spices in bowl mix together.  Trim fat off pork chops. Put chops in bowl with seasoning. Wash and slice potatoes.(french fries)
Put chops on baking sheet (aluminum foil), and  soak potatoes in bowl of seasoning.
 Place  potatoes  on separate baking sheet. Pour remaining mixture over chops and potatoes.
Bake  in preheated 400 oven for 30-35 minutes.

I had  a heart attack last week. So I had to come up with no salt, no fat menu.
