Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada's

                 


                      Crock Pot Chicken  Enchilada's
1 chicken breast
1/3 cup Taco Sauce
1/2 jar of cheese salsa dip(I use tostido's
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 tortilla wraps
1 pkg mexican rice (I use Korr's)
Cook rice as directed on package.  While rice cooking cut up chicken in slivers and fry.
Spray crock pot with olive oil. When rice is done pour in taco sauce mix up and layer at bottom of crock pot.
Warm wraps in micro-wave for 20 seconds with paper towel on top.
Put chicken and cheese in wrap and roll. Layer on top of rice.  Spoon cheese dip over top of wraps. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over top.  Cook low for 2 hours.
