2 lb pork loin
3 tbs. Ground black peppercorns or black pepper
2 tsp galic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil
Olive Oil
Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Pour Olive Oil all over the loin. Then pour half of the seasonings over the loin, then rub them in. turn over repeat it.
Wrap the loin in alumn. foil.
Grill for about 45 minute to hour depending on grill. Check with thermometer reading around 160.
